put together some little booklets to send off with posters from the show in paris. (posters are still around if you want one HERE, includes little original drawing from the community sketchbook and one of these little zines. all proceeds go to the artists expense fund etc etc)
we made most of these in the car ride out to the country.
awesome bonding times.
figured out how to make the local copier print with red ink.
this is kyle and i's first legit drawing collaboration. we made it during our time in noyers and it came out pretty snakey. the snake spirit was everywhere on that trip, slithering this way and that. like a link of sausages, dropped from a balcony. collaborating can be hard with drawing, it's a little easier when you can joke around and get it done before lunch. currently on view at brachfeld gallery in lovely paris, france.
i am back home after a wonderful time away.
i am transitioning and getting back to it.
all art shows from now on should include some ramshackle sing-a-longs.
i feel like i have advice to give. new advice column: ask the rascal.
