the movie's like a proto brown bunny (sans beej), but the soundtrack rules! it comes with a rad poster of dude smoking a jay and toting machine gun and there are all these rad gene clark songs that were new to me
this "documentary" of his taos days is an awesome bummer. dude is fried out of his gourd, surrounded by sycophants, naked women, and waaaayyyyy too much weed. you're right eric, that soundtrack is rad and i got it with the poster. still dig his wallace berman connection!

ReplyDeleteThis movie is one epic New Mexico vibration. It's insane to think how behind "The Last Movie" Hopper was if you've actually seen that movie.
